II. Establishment of a Community Governance

$NEZHA is a memecoin on the Solana blockchain, created on February 7, 2025, at 22:00 Beijing Time on pump.fun. The minting block was 319085907, with an initial issuance of 1,000,000,000 tokens.

Initially, I held 11% of $NEZHA, but later burned 4% (burn block 319099646). I sold approximately 6% in the early stages. As of February 9, 2025, at 10:00, I hold 11.88 million tokens, ranking 12th in holdings.

During the internal stage on pump.fun, $NEZHA completed the 100% bonding curve in just 30 minutes and automatically listed on the DEX platform Raydium.

After experiencing a terrifying drop, I felt like I had nothing to lose. Following the community's advice, I established a Telegram community, burned 4% of the tokens I held, paid for advertising on Dexscreener, and posted a crucial announcement on X, thus initially establishing the community.

At this point, the token concentration of $NEZHA has become very healthy, with the largest holder owning only 3%. As the developer, I hold only 1.1%.

The coin price has gradually stabilized after the initial panic drop, and the community's enthusiasm has increased.

Currently, the Telegram community has nearly 800 members, and there are nearly 10,000 followers on X. Everyone is voicing their support for $NEZHA, and the community is gradually growing stronger.
